Thank you for shopping at VroomDeals.com and here is our policy regarding Returns, Cancellation & Refunds. Our Policy is designed to assist you in returning or cancelling your purchase.

Returns Policy
Items are NOT eligible for a return or an exchange once they have been installed. The item can only be returned if it has not been installed or used in anyway. You have 14 calendar working days to return from the date of purchase.

You will be responsible to return your item to your nearest branch, no return shipping is available.

Note: The original receipt must be shown while the returning process.

Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations are made only by calling our hotline number: +201221112299 before shipping. If shipping was processed the delivery fees will be paid by the customer. Once the item is received, we will inspect it and if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.

Refunds will be done through the same way you paid. If it was through credit card you will receive the credit to your card within 14 to 20 days depending on the card issuer’s policies.

Note: Shipping costs are not refundable
